Released in 1967, Surrealistic Pillow is the second album from Jefferson Airplane and one of the defining records of the San Francisco psychedelic scene. Arriving at the height of the Summer of Love, it captured the spirit of the era with a sound that blended folk, rock and acid-tinged experimentation.

Somebody to Love and White Rabbit — both featuring Grace Slick’s commanding vocals — became two of the most iconic songs of the decade. A record that defined a moment and has never lost its power.
