Lotus is the fifth studio album from North London rapper and actress Little Simz, released in 2023. Following the Mercury Prize-winning Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, Lotus finds Simz in a more intimate, stripped-back mode — a deliberate step inward after the orchestral ambition of its predecessor.

Produced primarily by Inflo, the album is quieter and more reflective, built on understated arrangements that give space to Simz’s most personal writing to date. Themes of identity, womanhood, family and self-worth run throughout, delivered with the precision and confidence of an artist fully in control of her craft.
