MUNA - Dancing On The Wall

MUNA – Dancing On The Wall

Euphoric pop with an anxious pulse. On their fourth album, Dancing On The Wall, MUNA bring desire, intimacy and connection into focus against the uncertainty of life in Los Angeles. The result balances expansive pop textures with darker edges, finding room for joy without shutting out the world around it.

Produced by Naomi McPherson, the record combines detailed sonic worlds with Josette Maskin's pop instincts and Katie Gavin's distinctive voice and incisive lyrics. Personal stories sit alongside wider questions about how to keep loving and reaching for one another in unsettled times, giving the music both emotional weight and a sense of release.

This is a record for turning the lights down and letting the room fill with sound, moving between private reflection and the shared exhilaration of pop. Its cinematic atmosphere invites you in, while the human detail gives you a reason to stay.
