Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Portugal (Domestic) Standard shipping is available across mainland Portugal, Madeira, and the Azores. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

European Union We ship to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination.

United Kingdom We ship to the UK. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
